$32 AUD

The vision + goal planning workbook for people who wanna achieve stuff that matters and have fun doing it.

  • Figure out what you really want.

  • Set goals that pull you towards them.

  • Have fun achieving your goals ✨

  • An anti-SMART goal bible 💅

  • I bought an older edition of The Life Map, is this edition different?

Sometimes the differences made are minor; sometimes, they’re major. The core system stays the same. Please don’t feel the need to buy the latest edition if you are happy with the edition you bought.

Specifically, what are the differences between 2.0 and 2.5?

If you bought The Life Map 2.0, you will be automatically upgraded to 2.5 (consider 2.0 a beta edition ✨).

The Life Map 2.5 was born after conducting user interviews and integrating that feedback into the final product. The main changes are around simplifying the heck!! outta everything, making the exercises more inspiring and motivating to complete, creating a more comprehensive way to plan your goals and integrating more stories and case studies.

What size is The Life Map PDF?

Standard A4 size. Most printers can print letter and A4 sizes. If you are using a different paper size, check the preview before printing and adjust the scale if needed.

    Is this a planner?

It isn’t a weekly or daily planner. This workbook will help you figure out what you want, set goals and guide you on how to have fun as you work towards them. There are bonus (totally optional) daily + weekly planner downloadables.

How can I complete it on my tablet?

If you want to use your tablet or iPad, we recommend the Goodnotes and Adobe Reader apps.

How can I complete it on my desktop or laptop?

The Life Map also has interactive text boxes, making it easy to use on desktop or laptop computers via apps like Adobe Reader.

Can I use this on my phone?

The Life Map isn’t designed for a screen as small as your phone. It’s better suited for print, desktop, laptop or tablet.

    How will this be delivered?

You’ll get a link to download the PDF in your inbox! You'll also receive an email with links to access all extra resources.

Will I get updated versions in the future?

To keep it affordable, the Life Map isn’t priced for unlimited updates - but if there are small tweaks, minor updates and little fixes to your Life Map, you will be able to access the updated file.

  • PART ONE: WHAT’S WORKING (PAGE 8): Set goals from a place of: “Me, my life and what I have are enough, and I’m excited to create new things and grow".

PART TWO: WHAT’S NOT WORKING (PAGE 11): Depersonalise what isn’t working in your life to make progress on it.

PART THREE: FIGURING OUT WHAT YOU WANT (PAGE 16): Find goals that pull you towards them, filling you with excitement, momentum and energy.

PART FOUR: VISION VS REALITY (PAGE 28): Create tension between you and where you want to be. Use acceptance to create change.

PART FIVE: CHOOSE YOUR GOALS (PAGE 45): Get clarity on what goals to prioritise in your life and what steps to take when you’re hit with a new “shiny idea” (that doesn't include dumping your current goal in favour of the newer, shinier goal.)

PART SIX: YOUR GOAL MAPS (PAGE 56): Create total clarity on how you'll bring your goals to life.

PART SEVEN: YOUR GOAL SYSTEM (PAGE 70): Prevent bumps in the road from halting your momentum and keep your goals from fading into the background (even when they feel less "shiny").

YOUR LIFE MAP RESETS (PAGE 76): Reflect, reset and create new goals after ticking off your previous set of Life Map Goals.

LIFE MAP BOOK LIST (PAGE 107): Shuffle your Life Map Journey forward through reading and learning.

Life Map Date Guide

Design accountability sessions that feel like fun and keep you consistent.

Picture yourself one year in the future.

You’re looking around at the changes you’ve made in your life, and you can’t help but feel so freaking proud of yourself

You made important, meaningful things happen - and not only that, you had fun doing it. You set goals that made you buzz with excitement and pulled you towards them.

Better yet, you know you can do it all again because you ditched the one-size-fits-all approach to goal-setting and started to do things in a way that works for your mind.

And there wasn’t a single SMART goal in sight.

Welcome to The Life Map. I designed this workbook with one goal in mind: to create the most thoughtful, most effective goal-setting workbook ever.

I can’t wait for you to get started.

Stop writing down 20 goals at the start of your year and then forgetting about them.

If you’re on this page, you’ve probably set a SMART goal or two in your life… and then forgotten all about it. Or put it to the side after life got busy. Or dropped it somewhere along the way without really even noticing.

At some point, you’ve realised that SMART goals probably aren’t the answer. That there’s more to it. There’s a way of thinking, an approach or a system that you’re just not quite getting.

The Life Map is full of the stuff that’s been missing. The stuff will help you to set goals that feel like a good time so that you can achieve stuff that matters and have fun doing it.
