My favourite productivity books.

No Sweat

by Michelle Segar

Michelle Segar is my girl crush and I won’t hold it in any longer. I love her work, I love her ideas about habits and human behaviour and I think she’s super smart and very cool. This was the first book I read from her and I quote her / build on her work all of the time in my own content. This book is about building exercise and healthy eating patterns, but its lessons can be applied above and beyond those realms.

The Joy Choice

by Michelle Segar

Same as above. If it’s by Michelle Segar, it’s a must-read for me. This is focused on a way of thinking that allows you to be more flexible and open-minded.

Elastic Habits

by Stephen Guise

Stephen Guise really hammered home the idea of having flexibility with your habits for me. I love his stuff. This book is all about flexible habits.

Atomic Habits

by James Clear

I don’t think this book needs an intro. Gotta read it.

Get Everything Done and Still Have Time to Play

by Mark Forster

Mark Forster is a whole vibe. I really love some of the ideas he shares in this book about productivity and time management in this book.

Mind Management, not Time Management

by David Kadavy

I’ve read this book twice because I enjoyed it so much the first time. I really love David Kadavys’s book on managing your mind, not your time. A great book for creative people.
