My favourite apps.

Here are the apps that I use to run my life.

Notion

Notion is my favourite productivity app! I use it to run my life - and my business. I couldn’t live without it.

Intention

I use the Intention app every single day. It’s my go-to app for mind management - filled with meditations, journaling guides and quick tools to manage feelings, thoughts and energy. Also - I created it! So I know everything in it is impactful as heckkk.

CoPilot Fitness

I actually started using CoPilot when they contacted me wanting to collaborate - and I’ve used this app consistently about 3x / week ever since. It keeps me working out over and over again, even when I’m having rough weeks or feeling low energy. I love having a coach that keeps me accountable and takes away the “thinking” part of working out.

Milanote

I love Milanote for easy, flowy, visual project planning that feels super free-ing and exciting. I treat Milanote as my sketch pad, almost - all my loose ideas for projects get dumped in here. Then I polish things up and they end up in Notion, Obsidian or wherever else.

Obsidian

Obsidian is my app for note-taking. If I have a book I’m working my way through or any random thoughts that bubble up - they go into Obsidian. I’m honestly not an Obsidian loyalist - I’d pay big money for a sleek UI Mymind x Obsidian remix.

Readwise / Reader

I read so many books and take so many notes that Readwise feels essential to me! I also use their Reader app whenever I have an article to read.

Drafts

Drafts is my go-to capture app for to-dos! If I ever think “Oh man I need to… (get cat food, fix that website page, etc) - I use drafts.

Google Keep

Google Keep is for any on-the-go, won’t reference again notes. If I’m making a quick grocery list - it goes in Google Keep. If I need to type out a message somewhere before I send it - it goes in Google Keep.

Canva

I make social media graphics, videos, worksheets, thumbnails, website elements, app videos all in Canva. I use Canva for every part of my business and couldn’t imagine life without it.

Lens Buddy

I use this app whenever I’m taking lots of instagram photos and it’s such a life saver!
